Franchise ownership can result in the loss of some or all of your investment, additional debts, and personal obligations under loans, leases, guarantees or other agreements. No income, profit, return, resale value or business success is assured.
Do not make an investment decision using this website alone.
The publisher’s role
Franchise & Beyond Magazine is published by Full Access Media Group. We provide general editorial information, research references and advertising. We do not sell franchise rights, approve franchise buyers, provide loan approvals or guarantee any company’s obligations or performance. This site does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice and does not create a professional advisory relationship.
Listings, logos and paid placements are not endorsements
A directory entry, recognizable logo, interview, article or advertisement is not a recommendation to buy, a finding that an investment is suitable for you, a certification of a company’s financial condition or legal compliance, or a guarantee of results. Brand trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that a brand endorses this publication. Paid commercial placements are labeled and do not purchase an independent editorial recommendation.
Source checks have limits
A source-check date identifies when the stated source was consulted. It does not certify that every company claim is complete, that the source remains current, or that a business will fulfill its obligations. Registry-based records identify a public filing and its stated dates; registration is not government endorsement or proof of a currently available territory. Unknown costs and recruiting states remain unverified rather than being estimated.
Do your own due diligence before signing or paying
- Obtain the complete current FDD, amendments, proposed agreements and applicable state-specific documents directly through an authorized source.
- Have your own franchise attorney review the transaction, disclosure timing, state requirements, guarantees, territory and other material terms.
- Have a qualified independent accountant or financial adviser examine costs, cash needs, financing obligations and any financial-performance information relevant to your situation.
- Request written substantiation for financial-performance claims and distinguish sales from profit and personal income. Another owner’s experience is not a prediction of yours.
- Speak with a range of current and former franchisees and investigate your proposed location, services, staffing and local requirements.
- Confirm the legal offering entity, actual availability and payment instructions before making a commitment.
Disclosure and financial information
The FTC’s Franchise Rule establishes a federal disclosure process, including a minimum 14-calendar-day review period in covered franchise sales before a binding agreement or payment to the franchisor or its affiliate. Ask independent counsel about applicability, exceptions, state requirements, updates and timing in your particular transaction. This website is not the franchisor’s FDD and does not replace required disclosure.
Costs, requirements, availability and source information can change. Initial franchise fees, total initial investment, liquid capital and net worth describe different things. We do not represent that a published range covers every cost or that any financial-performance figure predicts your results.
Third parties and reader decisions
Any franchise purchase, financing, lease or supplier agreement is a separate transaction with the relevant third party. Review that party’s current documents, qualifications, terms and privacy practices independently. We do not promise that a third party will perform an agreement or that an investment will be profitable. External links are research routes, not assurances of the destination’s accuracy, security or suitability.
Inquiry forms and data sharing
Launch inquiries are addressed to Full Access Media Group and stored privately for the publisher to review. An inquiry is not a franchise application, investment recommendation, territory reservation, loan approval or authorization to share your information with a franchise company. Newsletter consent is separate. Any future referral or lead-sharing arrangement requires appropriate disclosure and a clear recipient and consent process.
Rights and corrections
This notice describes the publication’s role and the limits of general information. It does not waive rights or exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded. It does not authorize false or misleading statements. Report a specific concern with the page URL and supporting evidence through Corrections.
