Information you submit
Forms collect your email, the name and message required for most inquiries, and any optional company, campaign, preferred-state, or budget details you provide. Consent wording, a version, and submission time are saved. Do not submit sensitive financial documents, account credentials, identity numbers, or health information.
Purpose and recipients
Inquiries are stored as private WordPress records for the publisher to review and respond. Notification messages ask the publisher to view the record securely. Email confirmation requests are handed to the site’s configured mail service. Hosting and mail providers process data needed to operate those services. This site does not automatically forward inquiry or subscriber data to franchise brands.
Newsletter choices
Signup is separate from inquiries and requires email confirmation. Pending requests are not active subscriptions. Use the cancellation/unsubscribe link in the confirmation email or contact the publisher with your email address.
Technical information and cookies
The site uses a temporary keyed hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting; the raw IP is not stored in the inquiry record by this publishing plugin. Hosting infrastructure may maintain request and security logs. WordPress and installed service plugins may use operational cookies. The custom theme does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. External sites opened from links apply their own practices.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while needed to handle inquiries, maintain subscription choices, and meet applicable obligations. The publisher’s operating target is review of resolved inquiries after 180 days and removal of unconfirmed newsletter requests after 30 days, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs. These are review policies, not a claim that an automated deletion schedule is running.
